All payments on AI Padhai are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. AI Padhai does not directly collect, store, or process any payment card details or banking information.
2. Third-Party Payment System
By making a payment on our platform, you agree to Razorpay’s terms of service and privacy policy. AI Padhai is not responsible for:
- Payment processing errors or failures caused by Razorpay.
- Unauthorized transactions processed through Razorpay.
- Security breaches or data leaks on Razorpay’s end.
- Delays in payment confirmation or settlement.
3. Payment Methods
We accept payments via all methods supported by Razorpay, including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, your subscription will be activated immediately. A confirmation will be visible in your account dashboard.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your subscription will not be activated. If money is debited but the subscription is not activated, please wait 24–48 hours for an automatic reversal. If the issue persists, contact us at aipadhaiofficial@gmail.com.
