1. Digital Services

AI Padhai is a digital education platform that provides subscription-based access to AI-powered study tools and resources. As our services are entirely digital in nature, the following policy applies:

Since AI Padhai does not offer any physical products, there are no returns applicable. All services are delivered digitally and accessed online through your account.

3. No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased and activated, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Failure to use the platform during the subscription period.
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or results.
• Technical issues on the user’s end (internet, device compatibility, etc.).

4. No Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of AI Padhai:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
• Payment charged without the user initiating the transaction (unauthorized transaction).

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at aipadhaiofficial@gmail.com with your payment receipt and details.
